Anxiety and Stress Reduction: Meditation at the Library
The purpose of Mindfulness Meditation is personal transformation. Meditation changes your character by making you deeply aware of your own thoughts, words and deeds. Meditation, properly performed, prepares you to meet the ups and downs of existence. It reduces your fear, anxiety, worry and stress. Things begin to fall into place, and your life becomes a glide instead of a struggle. Mindfulness Meditation is a way to go deeper into your own faith.
Led by mindfulness teacher Maury Cooke from Sattvic Space. All skill levels are welcome. Registration is required.
