Drawesome!: Drawing Fantasy Creatures [IN-PERSON]

Learn about and practice a different drawing skill in a low-stress setting with other like-minded artists. For upper elementary and middle school ages.

Schedule of classes:

Drawing Fantasy Creatures

May 18 at North Suffolk Library

Practice drawing different creatures and animals from fiction. By the end of the session, you'll have used your own imagination to create your very own fantasy creature!

Drawing to the Beat

June 22 at Downtown Suffolk Library/Morgan Memorial Library

While listening to different genres of music, see how your drawings are effected by the music you're exposed to. Let your hand and drawings be led by the music and see what artwork you are able to produce.

Abstract Art

August 10 at North Suffolk Library

Think outside the box and create drawings that are as beautiful as they are unusual. You wanna make a flower out of a bunch of squares and triangles? Go for it. You wanna make a self portrait with only scribbles? Consider it done! Let's work together to make some beautifully odd art!
