Teen Chill Night: Five Things and Drop Anchor [LIVE]
Tired and stressed from quarantine? Come take a break with the library. This is a live program for teens to hang out and learn some mindfulness techniques that can help them handle stress. We will be learning how to drop anchor, how to focus on the moment and chatting about life.
Registration is required. We will send the Zoom invite link to those registered 15 minutes before to access the discussion.
