Teen Chill Night: Mindful Coloring [LIVE]
Tired and stressed from quarantine? Come take a break with the library. This is a live program for teens to hang out and learn some mindfulness techniques that can help them handle stress. We will be doing mindful coloring and chatting about life.
Please have your prefered coloring tools handy. Coloring pages will be available for curbside pick up. You may also use any other coloring pages you prefer.
Registration is required. We will send the Zoom invite link to those registered 15 minutes before to access the discussion.
