Increase your confidence and reading skills through our BARKS program. Read to a therapy dog who will listen well to your interests or follow along with the current book you are reading. Grades K-5. Registration is required.

The Zoom platform will be utilized. Audio capabilities are needed and video capabilities are encouraged. Registered participants will provide their email address to receive a link to a Zoom meeting at least 15 minutes before the program begins. Depending on the number of participants and the number of therapy dogs available, participants may be asked to read to dogs in shifts using Zoom's breakout rooms. It is encouraged to have an adult present during the program.
