Mysterious mischief is afoot in Suffolk and locals are pinning the blame on a recent spike in sightings of mythical monsters like Bigfoot, Chessie, Chupacabra, and the Jersey Devil. Your whole family can join the hunt as you go at your own pace looking for cryptid clues along the grassy field at the Sleepy Hole Park playground. Start the game with your handy detective's notebook found inside the red box at the picnic shelter by the bathroom. Discover all the clues and use the QR code in the detective's notebook to submit your best guess as to which cryptid is causing all the trouble in this light-hearted scavenger hunt mystery.

Three weekly drawings sponsored by Suffolk Public Library and Suffolk Parks and Recreation will be held August 8, 15, and 22 for new participants the week before. There will also be a drawing for a $50 gift basket awarded by Suffolk Tourism on August 22 for all participants.
